Among most of the guys in the gym the most important priority is just finding out how to get ripped. Some people only want to be big but these types of category people are quite a less in population whereas as others want to be more than it i.e. they want to big as well as lean enough that each of their muscle definition is visible to all. But in most of the cases the reason behind most of the people going to gym is that workouts make them look better.

But still it requires a reasonable time period to get ripped as it is nothing like just an overnight magic and also requires a lot of devotion and proper hard work, but if a well planned and systematic approach is followed and worked smartly then it may take far less time duration to get ripped as compared to that if you don’t follow.
Those who don’t follow a productive approach may end up just spending much of their time in gym and then also no drastic result is visible.
